We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we will do our best to assist you if something goes wrong.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Refunds will only be granted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to qualify for a replacement or refund.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a product exchange, store credit, or refund to your original payment method.
