Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change and orders may need to be cancelled.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund.
After 1 hour, your order may already be processed and shipped, in which case cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Cancel

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
If your order has been shipped, you may still refuse delivery, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
